Principal Clinical Psychologist

Sharon is our Principal Psychologist and holds a Clinical Masters Degree in Psychology. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team. Sharon practices psychology within a Clinical Neuropsychotherapy framework (interplay between the mind, body, social interactions, environment and the impact on peoples' wellness). Clinical Neuropsychotherapy has a strong emphasis on the principles of neuroscientific research.
Sharon is trained in a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Sharon has a strong committment to supporting her clients to achieve their treatment goals. Sharon enjoys supporting clients in resilience building, mindfulness, and working with people to enhance their quality of life. Sharon has worked across many areas of psychology including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, bipolar and other mood disorders, personality disorders, critical incident traumas, complex trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder. Sharon’s interest in treating trauma and building resilience increased following her participation in training at the Hebrew University, Israel during 2012.
Sharon is passionate about working with First Responders in the treatment of PTSD and devotes much of her professional training and supervison to enhancing her skills in this area.
Sharon is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society, the EMDR Association of Australia. and the International Association of Clinical Neuropsychotherapy http://www.iacn.com.au. Sharon is a Certified Clinical Neuropsychotherapist.

Belynda has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked across government, non-government and private sectors. She has participated in high quality and extensive training over the years and continues to attend workshops on a regular basis. She is particularly committed to ensuring she utilises evidence-based psychological practices.
Belynda takes a person centred approach with each of her clients. She enjoys practicing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a Clinical Neuropsychotherapy framework. Belynda has experience in working across many areas of psychology including: depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, personality disorders, critical incident, trauma, and stress management. She enjoys working with adolescent and adult populations.
B.Psych (Hons.) Assoc. MAPS
Rachael is an experienced practitioner, having worked across government, non-government and private sectors in New South Wales and Queensland. Rachael takes a holistic approach to client care. She enjoys working with adults experiencing a range of issues including anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, post-natal depression (PND), trauma, adjustment issues, grief and loss, stress, work related issues, personality disorders, and relationship difficulties. Rachael is committed to supporting clients in achieving their therapy goals.
Rachael is trained in numerous treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). She enjoys working with couples experiencing relationship difficulties using the Gottman Model of Therapy.

Kristy is a Registered Psychologist and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She brings with her many years of experience, having worked across non government and private sectors. Kristy is trained in a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.
Kristy has experience working across a broad range of psychological issues including: anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief and loss issues, adjustment difficulties, stress management, drug and alcohol, relationship difficulties and parenting challenges.
Kristy has a keen interest in working with children with behavioural disorders and their caregivers, and with adults diagnosed with gastrointestinal disorders.
B.Sc. (Psych) Hons. BAppl. Psych.
Deborah is a psychologist registered with AHPRA. She is experienced in a range of modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Deborah is experienced in working with adults. She has many years of experience working in private practice and has a particular interest in working in posttraumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, anxiety and depression.
Deborah is accredited with Medicare, Workcover and Department of Veteran Affairs.
Dr Aaron Simpson
DClinPsych, BPsych(Hons), MAPS.
Aaron is a Registered Psychologist and holds a Doctorate in Clincial Psychology. he has also worked in senior leadership roles in both the private and not-for-profit sectors.
Aaron's works alongside adults experiening a diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression, co-existing mental health and substance use problems, adjustment to change, work related stress, and hording disorders. He is skilled in a variety of theraputic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, brief solution-focused therapy and psychodynamic counseling.
Aaron is a warm and personable therapist, and is committed to helping people achieve their goals. Aaron is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and Medicare acredited.

Craig is a Registered Psychologist with many years experience in working with children, young people and adults with a variety of psychological challenges. Craig has worked across the not-for-profit sector and holds a wealth of knowledge in complex trauma and attachment disruption.
Craig enjoys working in private practice from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework. He treats anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, complex trauma and work related stress. Craig takes a person centered approach when working alongside his clients.
Craig is a warm and sensitive psychologist and is committed to the care of his clients. Craig is s an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
